The promise
One-year paint warranty
If the artwork fades, peels, cracks or chips under normal wear within a year of delivery, we repair or repaint the affected area free of charge. You cover the courier to the studio. Anything wrong on arrival is put right entirely at our cost, courier included.
It is the same promise on every tier. A pair is sealed and waterproofed to be worn on real streets, and if the artwork lets you down inside the year, the studio that painted it puts it right. Touch-ups are easy on artwork we painted ourselves, which is why we ask you to message us before attempting a home fix.
I sent them my design and they made it exactly. And the best part is that they give one year on the painted shoes, so the paint won't fade or peel.
What Happens After You Pay
Your order number follows the pair through every one of these stages on the track order page, and the studio writes to you on WhatsApp at each one that matters. Most pairs are painted and sealed within ten to fourteen working days of payment, then travel tracked.
