Returns & Care
Made for you, made once
Every pair is painted to order for one person, so commissions can't be returned or resold the way factory shoes can. That is exactly why we confirm every detail of your brief with you before a single drop of paint touches leather: the artists paint straight from what you told us.
Refunds
Because every pair is painted by hand to order, on your own brief and at your request, orders are non-refundable once your brief is confirmed and painting begins. Up to that point, tell us and we will stop: the shoe is made for you and for no one else, so there is nothing to return to a shelf, but there is also nothing painted yet. What we stand behind afterwards is the work itself: under our paint warranty we repair the artwork free for a year, and anything wrong with it on arrival is put right entirely at our cost. The Rs 5,000 reservation fee is non-refundable and is credited in full against your pair, because a held bench slot is work other patrons could not book.
Our touch-up promise
If the artwork fades, peels, cracks or chips under normal wear within a year of delivery, we repair or repaint the affected area free of charge. You cover the courier to the studio. Anything wrong on arrival is put right entirely at our cost, courier included.
Sizing
We paint on brand-new shoes in the size you confirm. Please check the size guide carefully before confirming your order; if you're between sizes, message us and we'll help you choose.
Caring for your pair
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid machine washing, soaking, and harsh solvents. Store away from direct sunlight. Every order includes a care card.
