Returns & Care
Made for you, made once
Every pair is painted to order for one person, so commissions can't be returned or resold the way factory shoes can. That is exactly why we confirm the design with you before a single drop of paint touches leather — nothing is painted until you approve the concept.
Our touch-up promise
If the artwork chips, cracks or peels under normal wear within 30 days of delivery, we will repair or repaint the affected area free of charge — you only cover shipping to the studio. Artwork issues visible on arrival are fixed entirely at our cost.
Sizing
We paint on brand-new shoes in the size you confirm. Please check the size guide carefully before approving your order; if you're between sizes, message us and we'll help you choose.
Caring for your pair
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid machine washing, soaking, and harsh solvents. Store away from direct sunlight. Every order includes a care card.
