Terms of Service
The business

Commissions
Painting begins only after your brief is confirmed and payment is made in full in the WhatsApp conversation; no work of any kind begins before the full amount is received, and there is no split payment. Typical turnaround is 10–14 working days from confirmation, depending on complexity. A priority commission, finished in 5–7 working days, is available for 15 per cent of the order total on top.
Artwork
Each design is created for one customer and not duplicated. The studio retains the right to photograph finished work for its portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your ideas
You must have the right to use any image or text you ask us to paint. For requests involving third-party characters or logos, we may propose an original interpretation instead.
