Rabail Ali Zaidi came through fine arts and architectural design, and it shows in how her compositions respect surface and form — she calls art the pull she eventually stopped resisting. Sarah Maqsood works in black and white ink with a tinge of colour, illustration that refuses to stay on paper. The Kharazmi Sisters move between handicrafts, painting and digital design, proof that a studio can live wherever the work does.
