How Much a Custom Air Force 1 Costs
A commission is a flat Rs 45,000. That is the whole price: the brand new Air Force 1, the painting, the sealing, and the courier to your door. There is no quote to wait for and no surcharge for a harder design.

What Is Inside the Price
- The shoe itself. A brand new Nike Air Force 1, bought by the studio in your size. You are not sending us anything and not buying it separately.
- The painting. Freehand, by one artist, in leather paint. No stencils, no transfers, no printing.
- Sealing and waterproofing, so the pair survives being worn rather than shelved.
- Tracked delivery, across Pakistan and worldwide.
What is not in it: nothing. There is no complexity tier, no per-colour charge, no rush fee and no design consultation billed separately. A portrait across both shoes and a single line of script cost the same, because the studio would rather quote one honest number than negotiate.
If you post us your own pair, the shoe comes out of the price and your postage to the studio is yours to pay. The return leg is ours.
Why It Costs What It Costs
A pair takes an artist between two and four days at the board, and that artist is painting one pair, not overseeing a run of them. The shoe is bought new at retail before a brush is lifted. The paint is leather paint, which costs several times what craft acrylic does and is the only reason the work survives a crease.
The rest is the thing you are actually buying: a pair that exists once. A print can be run again. A brushstroke cannot. Two pairs painted from the same reference, by the same artist, in the same week, are not the same object, and the pair you are sent exists once. That is true of every commission this studio takes, at every price.
What This Work Costs Generally
Hand painted commissions are priced by the hour of an artist rather than by the shoe, so the range across the trade is wide. Established Western studios generally publish from around USD 389 upwards before shipping, marketplace listings run from roughly USD 143 to USD 470 depending on who is holding the brush, and bespoke houses in the Gulf begin near USD 1,000. Locally, printed and transfer work sells for a fraction of any of it, and is a different thing being sold.
Ours sits where it sits because the studio is in Lahore and the artists are paid Pakistani wages for work that is not Pakistani in ambition. That is the whole of the advantage, and we would rather say so than imply the paint is cheaper.
Paying for It
Pay by card the moment the order is placed, or by bank transfer: the account details with a copy button appear on the same screen. A transfer is confirmed by the studio against its own bank before the pair moves to paid; a card payment confirms itself.
You can also hold a place on the bench rather than pay in full. The reservation is credited against the piece and you have three days to settle the balance. The exact figure, domestic and overseas, is in the questions below and on the FAQ page.
Questions About Money
How much does a custom pair cost?
A Signature commission is a flat Rs 45,000: a brand-new Nike Air Force 1, the artwork, sealing and tracked delivery, whether the design comes from our gallery or from a reference you bring. A Bespoke commission, where the studio makes the leather shoe as well as painting it, starts at Rs 60,000 with a final quote once we've seen your brief. The shoe, the leather, the coverage and the detail are what move that number. Painting a pair you ship us is less, since you already own the canvas.
Why do custom sneakers cost more than the shoe itself?
Because the shoe is the cheapest part. You're commissioning an artist's hands for days (composition, freehand painting, layered curing, sealing) on a piece that will exist exactly once. The pair is the canvas; the art is what you're buying.
How does payment work?
Orders are confirmed over WhatsApp. You choose how to secure the pair: settle it in full, or place a non-refundable Rs 5,000 reservation that holds your place on the bench and is credited against your pair. Either way the balance is paid in full before any work begins, because the shoe is sourced or made for your order and the design is built around your brief, so nothing about your pair is recoverable. Message us and we'll walk you through the current options for Pakistan and for international orders.
Can I reserve a pair instead of paying in full?
Yes. At the end of the commission form you choose how to secure the pair: settle it in full, or place a Rs 5,000 reservation. The reservation holds your place on the bench and is credited in full against your pair, with the balance settled before painting begins. It is non-refundable, because a held slot is work other patrons could not book.
How long does a commission take?
Most pairs are painted and sealed within 10–14 working days of your pair being secured, depending on complexity. In a hurry? A priority commission is finished in 5–7 working days for 15 per cent of the order total on top. Need a date guaranteed, a wedding, a birthday? Tell us the deadline and we will plan around it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with careful protective packaging, and across Pakistan with tracked domestic couriers. Duties and import charges outside Pakistan are set by your country, not by us.
Do you take cash on delivery?
No. Payment is arranged person-to-person on WhatsApp and settled in full before any work begins; nothing is paid on delivery. The only thing you can pay in advance of the full amount is the Rs 5,000 reservation, and that holds a bench slot rather than a shoe. We'll walk you through the current options when you order.
How long do hand-painted sneakers last?
Worn and cared for normally: years. Every order ships with a care card, and if your pair is ever damaged, message us before attempting a home fix: touch-ups are easy on artwork we painted ourselves.
