By accessing or using Painted Juttay’s website, services, or communication channels, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Brand & Services
Painted Juttay is an artistic footwear brand offering:
- Hand-painted and custom-designed footwear
- Limited edition and made-to-order products
- Sales primarily via WhatsApp and direct communication
- Future online payment and ordering features
2. Orders & Custom Work
- All custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Product visuals are representative; minor variations are inherent to hand-crafted art.
- Order confirmation occurs only after payment confirmation.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Payments may be processed via:
- Bank transfer
- Online payment gateways
- Website-generated payment links or orders
Painted Juttay is not responsible for third-party payment gateway failures.
4. WhatsApp & Communication-Based Sales
- WhatsApp conversations may be used to finalize orders, pricing, and specifications.
- Screenshots, invoices, or confirmations shared digitally are considered valid records.
- Miscommunication due to incomplete customer information is not our responsibility.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delays caused by logistics partners, customs, or force majeure are outside our control.
- Risk transfers to the customer once the product is dispatched.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including:
- Designs
- Artwork
- Images
- Logos
- Website content
is the exclusive property of Painted Juttay.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Painted Juttay shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays outside our control
- Misuse of products
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service
- Cancel orders
- Block access
in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
