I started Painted Juttay because I was tired of wearing shoes. Painted Juttay is not a factory. Painted Juttay is made up of artists. Every single pair of Painted Juttay shoes is hand-painted for one person. We do not take shortcuts. We do not make copies of Painted Juttay shoes.
My job as CEO is to make sure things stay on track. We need to grow and get bigger. We can never forget why we started doing this in the first place. What drew me to Painted Juttay was its refusal to be ordinary. In a market flooded with repetition, this brand treats sneakers as canvases — each pair a story, each drop a narrative. I was compelled by the vision of turning individuality into art, of building a culture where courage and creativity walk side by side. I manage the complete operational flow of the brand, including overseeing daily operations, assigning and monitoring tasks, managing the team, and ensuring smooth execution during shoots and on-ground activities. I work closely with the leadership team, including CEOs and CMOs, to implement decisions and resolve operational challenges.
